A quiet studio for
handcrafted surfaces.
KyroAtelier is a British luxury studio dedicated to Venetian polished plaster and bespoke decorative surfaces.
A studio built on patience.
KyroAtelier was founded on a simple belief that the walls around us shape the way we feel. Working out of a quiet studio in Surrey, our practice sits at the intersection of traditional Italian plastering, architectural finish design and the discipline of British decorative craftsmanship.
We are equally at home in a period country home in Hampshire, a private penthouse in London or a boutique hotel commission. But our approach is always the same: slow, considered and made entirely by hand.
Each project begins as a conversation. Light, material, atmosphere. From there we develop a bespoke finish, mixing pigment, plaster and metal on site until the surface belongs to the room, and to no one else.
This is not decoration. It's atmosphere, made permanent.
Four quiet principles.
Quiet luxury
We believe true luxury isn't loud — it's felt. Every surface we create is designed to be lived with, not shouted about.
Handcrafted, always
No shortcuts. No templates. Every finish is applied by hand, layer by layer, in the tradition of Italian master plasterers.
One of one
Each commission is developed in dialogue with the space, the light and the client. No two KyroAtelier walls are ever the same.
British precision
Rooted in a Surrey studio, we blend Italian technique with the discretion and precision of British craftsmanship.

Applied by hand.
Always.
Every layer of plaster is trowelled, burnished and sealed by hand — a slow ritual that gives each finish its depth, movement and unmistakable presence.
