Decorative plaster is the wider family of hand-applied mineral wall finishes: breathable limewash, soft textured surfaces, metallic sheens, micro cement and one-off artistic panels. Where polished plaster is about depth and reflection, decorative plaster is about atmosphere and texture.
We develop decorative finishes for Surrey homes, studios and commercial interiors, mixing each colour to the room rather than picking one from a catalogue.
The decorative range
Every finish below is applied by hand and adjusted on site. Two walls made from the same recipe will never be identical, which is the point.

Suited to period and new-build properties alike
Surrey has a lot of older housing stock, and lime-based decorative finishes suit it: they are breathable, so they let solid and older walls manage moisture rather than trapping it behind a plastic film.
In new-build and refurbished interiors the same finishes are used the other way round, to bring depth and imperfection into rooms that would otherwise read as flat and new.
Bespoke colour and sample panels
Colour is developed against your fabrics, joinery, stone and lighting. We produce sample panels for your project and leave them with you so you can watch how they behave through the day before committing.
The studio is based in Surrey, so most commissions are within a short drive of the workshop. We work throughout the county and across the surrounding areas of London, Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex.
